Digital Products Policy

This Digital Products Policy covers eBooks, downloadable guides, printable templates, and any other digital-only items ("Digital Products") sold through eternallyadamseve.com. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Digital Products include, without limitation:

• eBooks and digital guides
• Printable or downloadable templates and worksheets
• Any other file-based content delivered electronically rather than shipped physically

• Digital Products are delivered electronically — typically instant access after payment is confirmed, via your account's entitlement/download area and/or a confirmation email with a download link.
• You're responsible for providing a valid email address and for downloading or saving your Digital Product promptly after purchase.
• Access may be limited to a reasonable number of downloads and may expire after an extended period of inactivity; contact us if you need access restored.

Because Digital Products can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately, all sales of Digital Products are final once the file has been delivered or accessed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or because content didn't match your expectations.

We will make it right if:

• The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or the wrong item — contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll redeliver or correct it at no charge.
• You were charged but never received delivery access due to a technical error on our end — contact us and we'll resend access or issue a refund if we can't resolve it.

This policy does not affect any non-waivable consumer protections you may have under applicable law.

When you purchase a Digital Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal reference. Unless we state otherwise in writing, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the file with others
• Post the content publicly or upload it to file-sharing sites
• Claim authorship of the content or use it to create a competing product

All Digital Products remain the intellectual property of Eternally Adams Eve.

You're responsible for having a device and software (such as a PDF reader) capable of opening the file format we deliver. We're happy to tell you the file format before you buy if you're unsure — just ask.

We may update this Digital Products Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
