We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

• Colors, textures, and packaging may appear differently on different screens.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
• We may limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is due at checkout via our secure payment processor.
• Orders are not considered accepted until payment is successfully processed.

• Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout.
• Once an order is shipped, delays caused by carriers or external events are outside of our control.
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate; we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Our products are for external use only. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have skin sensitivities or medical conditions, consult your healthcare provider before use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eternally Adams Eve is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

Our Forbidden Flame Candle Club is a recurring subscription. By enrolling you authorize recurring charges (Monthly $19.99 or Two-Candle Monthly $35.99 plus applicable Club shipping) until you pause or cancel in the Member Dashboard. Both plans renew monthly. The Monthly plan includes one candle per monthly order; the Two-Candle Monthly plan includes two candles per monthly order. The Two-Candle Monthly plan receives a one-time $10 Founders discount on its first monthly charge; the Monthly plan has no introductory discount. You may pause or cancel up to 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid the next cycle's charge. Payment methods and invoices are managed via our secure self-serve billing portal. Some items we sell (such as eBooks and downloadable guides) are digital products delivered electronically rather than shipped. Digital products are governed by our Digital Products Policy, including delivery, licensing, and refund terms specific to digital items.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
